Fishboard is a Secret rarity Brainrot in Steal a Brainrot. Designed by BRAZILIAN SPYDER, it debuted during the chaotic Update 40 Admin Abuse event orchestrated by SpyderSammy. Much like its contemporary, DJ Panda, Fishboard has a “shifty” history, having briefly usurped a permanent spot in the Fuse Machine before being relegated to the Red Carpet.
Appearance and Design
- Base Model: A hybrid entity combining a fish and a skateboard.
- Formation: The unit features a vibrant sky-blue body with large, wide eyes that give it a perpetually surprised expression.
- Theme: It rides on wheels—notably featuring one light green wheel and one sky-blue wheel—blending aquatic and extreme sports aesthetics.
History and Release
- The Fuse Machine Swap: During the Update 40 Admin Abuse, Fishboard temporarily replaced Los Trios in the Fuse Machine.
- Duration: This “replacement” only lasted for a few hours before the developers reverted the change.
- Creator: Designed by BRAZILIAN SPYDER.
- Release Update: Update 40.
- Status: Released and Obtainable.
Obtainment
- Primary Method: Obtainable as a rare spawn on the Red Carpet.
- Secondary Methods: Like all standard units, it can be acquired through Stealing, a core mechanic of the game.
- Former Methods: Briefly available via the Fuse Machine (no longer possible).

Role in the Meta and Economic Analysis
Fishboard is an entry-level Secret unit. While its income of $825K/s is modest compared to high-tier event units, it represents a direct upgrade over Los Trios, generating $125K/s more than its predecessor. It is primarily valued as a collectible or as a lower-cost Secret for players who frequent the Red Carpet.
Strategies
Acquisition Strategy
Since Fishboard is no longer available in the Fuse Machine, players must keep a close eye on the Red Carpet. It is one of only two units (alongside DJ Panda) that transitioned from a Fuse Machine “glitch” to a permanent Red Carpet spawn.
Security Strategy
As a $215M unit, it isn’t the biggest target for top-tier raiders, but its status as a “former Fuse exclusive” makes it a niche collectible. Protect it with standard base defenses to ensure your low-level Secret income remains stable.
Trivia and Cultural References
- The Admin Duo: Fishboard and DJ Panda are the only two Brainrots in the game that were first obtainble via the Fuse Machine before becoming Red Carpet exclusives.
- Power Creep: Its income was specifically set to be higher than Los Trios to make the temporary replacement feel like a “buff” during the Admin Abuse event.
- Visual Quirk: It is one of the few mobile Brainrots to feature mismatched colored wheels.
