La Supreme Combinasion is a complex fusion of seven different brainrots, creating a unique and multifaceted character. The brainrots included in its design are:

• Piccione Macchina
• Gangster Footera (an unused variation of the in-game brainrot)
• Pakrahmatmamat
• Garama and Madundung
• Pot Hotspot

Additionally, it incorporates the clock from the brainrot Lirilì Larilà, though not the entire character’s appearance.
