The Rebirth 17 Update is a major content update for Steal A Brainrot released on November 22, 2025. This update introduced the 17th Rebirth level, expanded the Fishing event with new units, and added a Limited Quantity brainrot that requires collecting specific units to spawn.
Rebirth 17
This update adds Rebirth 17 to the game, allowing players to reset their progress for new permanent rewards.

Gamma Potion
The Gamma Potion (referred to in-game as “Giant Potion” by some players) is a new consumable item unlocked in the shop after achieving Rebirth 17.
- Cost: 1.5 Billion Cash
- Effect: Increases the player’s avatar size to be giant and provides immunity to ragdolling from other players’ attacks.

The update introduced 6 new Brainrots across various obtaining methods, including Fishing, the Brainrot Trader, and Spawning.

Limited Quantity Brainrot: W or L
The W or L is the Limited Quantity Brainrot for this update. It features two blocky figures (one Green “W” and one Red “L”) and had a global stock of 300,000 units.
Spawning Requirements
Unlike standard spawns, W or L cannot be summoned unless the player currently possesses four specific Brainrots in their base. Once these conditions are met, the player can spawn the unit and purchase it for $3 Billion.

- Los Quesadillas (Obtained via Los Taco Blocks)
- Los Burritos (Obtained via Los Taco Blocks)
- Los 67 (Obtained via Los Taco Blocks)
Los Taco Blocks
To assist with the Limited recipe, Los Taco Blocks were re-introduced during admin events or specific intervals. These blocks cost $300 Million to open and contain the “Los” variants required for the W or L recipe.
Trivia
- The W or L has one of the lowest initial stocks (300k) released by Sammy compared to previous limiteds which often had stocks in the millions.
- Although the update logs mentioned “3 new brainrots to fishing,” Cuadramat and Pakrahmatmamat was placed in the Brainrot Trader instead.
